3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sparks. Our service is designed for couples in committed relationships. By using Sparks, you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
• You will use the service responsibly and respectfully

4. Account and Usage

Account Creation

• No signup is required for basic use
• Email addresses are optional and only used for account recovery
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Acceptable Use

• You grant us permission to store and display your content within the service
